The Bollywood Trainer will create a customized diet for you incorporating ayurvedic herbs, seeds and plants.               Each diet includes a variety of recipes for savory smoothies made of fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs such as:

saffron, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, star anise, fennel seed, cumin, turmeric, paprika, asafoetida, ginger,

garlic, cilantro, mint, basil, parsley, thyme, oregano, psyilium husk, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, poppy

seeds, mustard seeds, flax seeds and Indian ginseng.  These different herbs and plants have been used in 

Ayurvedic treatments for thousands of years and have been proven to be effective in the fight against disease.
